In addition to providing feedback to each reporter on the investigation outcomes of a CSIRS report, selected matters that have significant operational safety matters are also published as a CSIRS Outcome Report.
These reports provide a summary of reported problems, the investigation outcomes and any related safety actions that are to be taken.
